MINDFULNESS

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment, with a curious and non-judgmental attitude.

It can be a very helpful skill to build, to help us find more peace and joy in day-to-day life - but also to improve both mental and physical health

There are now ~three decades of empirical research backing the benefits of mindfulness (some of which I will share with you!)

How do I learn it?

We currently offer mindfulness courses for individuals (1-2-1), following an 8-week program, very similar to the Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program, but with less intensive self-study commitments, to fit people with busy lives and make the course fit most easily into your schedule.

If you are interested in working with us 1-2-1, at your convenience, book in a quick discovery call to let us know about your needs.

We also run mindfulness sessions for children

An opportunity for the little humans to learn tools to improve focus, emotion regulation and empathy too!
