Hi! I’m Emily - a certified breathwork facilitator, and altered states expert. It was a long journey that led me to the point of writing this, and in the process, breathwork has completely changed my life - helping me find my voice, my place, and becoming able to step into my power so that I can support other’s journeys of transformation. Holding space was always my dream, and I’m delighted every day to be able to do this work with you.

Group breathwork sessions
A bi-monthly 2hr session, involving connecting exercises, a 45-minute conscious connected breathwork session, and time to share/integrate.
Private sessions (1-2-1)
A deeper dive into whatever you would like to explore. I can draw from various disciplines as well as breathwork and inner child work. Option for couples/ friends too.
