MINDFULNESS

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment, with a curious and non-judgmental attitude. It can be a very helpful skill to build, to avoid getting caught up in past events, worry too much about the future, and generally help us find more peace and joy in normal day-to-day life.

How do I learn it?

We offer mindfulness courses for individuals and small groups, following an 8-week program, very similar to the Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program, but with less intensive self-study commitments, to fit people with busy lives and make the course fit most easily into your schedule.

If you are interested in working with us privately, at a time most convenient to you, book in a quick clarity call with us.
