Our workshops are stand-alone, and can focus on specific topics, such as stress reduction, confidence and self-belief. They can even fit nearly into a lunch hour!

REGULAR SESSIONS

Offering an opportunity for employees to drop in, and gradually build their mindfulness practice, as well as their connection with colleagues. Why not schedule weekly sessions to support your workforce.

Our intensive 8-week workplace mindfulness course can target successful leadership, stress reduction, team work, resilience - bespoke to meet your company needs.

We work closely with our business clients to tailor workshops and courses specifically to their unique requirements and goals. We can also combine yoga classes with mindfulness sessions to further enhance your team’s wellbeing.

Apart from our courses, we offer the opportunity to business leaders to book a series of shorter, regular sessions for groups of up to 8 people. This allows those who attend regularly to gently build up their practice over term and can bring long-term cumulative benefits to the workplace.
